Take good care of your waxed clothing with our Walker and Hawkes wax dressing.
Whether your jacket needs some TLC and re-waxing after being worn too much, or if you just want to be careful from the start, this wax will help to preserve the look of the fabric and its waterproof qualities.
Easy to apply either to the whole garment or to the parts which get the most wear, such as elbows, creases and pocket edges, Applying our dressing helps strengthen areas that get the most wear.
Instructions; Sponge off excess dirt using clean water. Place tin in hot water to soften the dressing. Apply with clean cotton cloth, paying attention to seams, elbows, pocket edges and cuffs. Allow to dry overnight in a warm area before use. Regular reproofing will maintain the waterproof qualities of the fabric and prolong its life. CAUTION; Keep out of reach of children. CONTAINS; A blend of mineral oils and refined hydrocarbon waxes.
